Christmas Ornament Exchange 2002

CHRISTMAS STARS
Submitted by Beth (Brat)

Christmas Stars
Materials:
  • Two pieces of colored felt
  • Coordinating ribbon in two colors
  • Craft or hot melt glue

Directions:

  1. Trace pattern onto felt, using one color for the top star and one for the bottom star.

  2. Cut out one large star [A or B] and one small star [B or C].

  3. Cut two pieces of ribbon out of each color approximately 8 inches long [longer or shorter depending on your preference] and one small piece of ribbon for hanging, approximately 2 inches

  4. Put glue on large star, place ribbons and then center smaller star. Note: If your using hot glue, then glue ribbons to the back of the smaller star then glue the smaller star to the larger; being very careful as the hot glue seeps thru the felt.
