Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cup mashed cooked pumpkin (or canned)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp white sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Beat the first 8 ingredients with a beater.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix.
  4. Pour into pie shell.
  5. Bake until a silver knife can be poked in 1 inch and come out clean.
