Thus far Mercy, Indiana has been a very good spot for the Dole family, despite banana suits and mobile living accommodations. Heaven only knows what Shirley Jump has in store for us in her third book The Daddy's Promise, due to be released in June 2004. I can't wait, as the late Marvin Gaye sang, "Mercy, mercy, me!"
